You acknowledge and agree that:

salusO expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for outcomes, decisions, or actions resulting from reliance on AI-generated content without consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Not rely on the Services as a substitute for professional healthcare
• Not misuse, copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with the operation of the Services

You are solely responsible for your use of the Services and for any content you submit.

5. Accounts and Access

6. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Renewal

6.1 Subscription Plans

Pricing, billing frequency, and plan details are displayed at the time of purchase. All Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

6.2 Termination of a Subscription Plan by the User

You may cancel your subscription Plan at any time through your account settings or the platform through which the subscription was purchased. Please note:

• Subscription cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period, not immediately.
• For a monthly plan, access continues until the end of the current month and will not renew.
• For an annual plan, access continues until the end of the current annual term and will not renew.
• You will retain access to subscribed features until the end of the applicable billing period.

6.3 Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law:

• No partial, prorated, or unused-period refunds are provided.
• Refund requests must be handled through the platform where the subscription was purchased (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play), and are subject to that platform's refund policies.

7. Account Deletion and Data Removal

7.1 Requesting Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and request removal of your personal data from our servers, you must submit a request by email. Please send your request to: info@saluso.com

The request must be sent from the email address associated with your account and clearly state that you are requesting account deletion and data removal.

7.2 Processing of Deletion Requests

Upon receiving a valid request:

• We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity.
• Your account will be deleted, and your personal data will be removed or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
• Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., legal compliance, fraud prevention).
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to salusO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Reliance on AI-generated content
• Failure to seek professional medical advice

Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

11. No Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Termination by the Company

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
